Record debt, a public pissed about outsourcing and immigration (which he done nothing about, and indeed encouraged), the slow demographic takeover of America by the Democrats continuing, economy slowing down, a debt-crisis both at the national and personal level, foreign companies buying up more and more of America................and little GWB thinking he can hit a home run, win some war, and all will be forgiven. If he doesn't "do something", his nephew, Jeb's kid, will probably have a hard time twelve years or so down the road in getting elected. 2 out of 3 Bushes already would have been viewed kinda negatively.

Ive no doubt Cheney would like to "do something" on Iran. Its amazing how the Bushies swallowed neo-con pies so wholeheartedly. They will be hated in the future for their effect on America. They were right about one pronouncement that they used to make:
Democratic peoples dont want wars. Yes, that includes this Democratic people. We have spent a fortune in Iraq, thousands of kids maimed psychologically and physically, world pissed at us, hundreds of billions of dollars lost, sapped some of the strength from our military, made recruitment harder than ever, we've stirred up the "enemy" to hate us even more, and at the end of the decade, we have probably strengthened the enemy's position against us and Israel.

All of this for 19 hijackers who should have not even have been here in America in the first place. Jesus we got used. Ahmad Chaliabbi or whatever the dude's name is played us for a fool. Its what we get for elected nepotism back in 2000 of a plainly average man and horrible speaker.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
